No, you can't just toss in a Tesla motor and slug of batteries to replace a marine ICE and expect speed or low energy consumption.

This one is a bit shy on range for my tastes, but it does seat 8 people. I'd throw 6 bikini babes overboard and carry 800 more pounds of battery 😂

It's not gonna make "a 3-hour cruise" but would probably be good for 30 minutes.

i wonder how the 2 counter-rotating props are driven, two motors or one?

With 50nm range...you can only wish that translated to 30 minutes, as that would be a 100kt speed 😛

Two motors, direct drive to each screw.
