The manual makes the suggestion - check the wiring. Naturally it didn't just happen to you, there is some kind of context involved which you're not sharing hence no useful input can be provided.

One more time - it didn't break on its own. The possibilities without you providing the context are that it has never worked, like you just got the motor and controller and they just don't play nicely, you WILL need to diagnose that on the controller. Or maybe it has worked in a vehicle, and all of a sudden stopped working - likely it's damaged wiring or a faulty encoder. So no, friend, you're not fixing it by a random advice.I have checked the wirings, unfortunately i dont have DVT sofwtare. is there any way to fix this issue. As the cable is expensive and it will just help to diagnose but not to fix. So just wondering is there any way??
