can anyone suggest me how to fix the issue of 11 flashes on the sevcon controller gen 4, i guess it is encoder issue

The manual makes the suggestion - check the wiring. Naturally it didn't just happen to you, there is some kind of context involved which you're not sharing hence no useful input can be provided.

I have checked the wirings, unfortunately i dont have DVT sofwtare. is there any way to fix this issue. As the cable is expensive and it will just help to diagnose but not to fix. So just wondering is there any way??
