Turn off your car. Disconnect your battery. Let it sit for an hour to be sure voltages have drained. Re-connect your battery then turn your car back on. Be sure your vehicle is off when you disconnect and reconnect your battery then let us know if that works. It worked on my 2014 Fiat 500E when I had the very same issue.

Thanks for your effort. I tried your method 3 times and it didn't fix it. It drives very well. I drove to an AutoZone for an OBD check but it wouldn't read the error. The OBD kept saying "turn the ignition on" which I did numerous times but still wouldn't read the computer. It seems to drive just fine. Regeneration to HV battery works upon deceleration as it should. I drove it down to 80%, connected the charger upon returning to house and it shows to be charging just fine. I rechecked the 12v battery and it is charging (charges off the HV battery). I am out of ideas. Thanks for your suggestion however.
The OBD would likely have to be specific to the Electric Version of the vehicle.
