I have a 250s NiMH pack welded into 5s sticks, And a 50s bms with up to 7.5v per cell balancing would be a perfect solution.

You really should not monitor strands of serial cells as you can't measure what is happening to each cell.

That said, if you are determined to do this you could use a resistor voltage divider to halve that to 3.75v and then you could use any BMS programmed for half the real voltage.

Okay, but then every 5-cell group will have a resistor across it draining it (slowly) all of the time - not good.
