Hello again folks! Thanks for all of the valuable input on motor setup for the VehiCross conversion. I have decided to go with a single high power lower RPM motor and attempt to keep the stock transfer case for AWD. That being said, I managed to score a yasa 750 motor:
I am now working on finding / building an inverter / controller. I've been reading up on inverters and software and have the idea I can tweak controller profiles to customize the acceleration curve, but TBH I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with the sheer volume of information.
Can someone help me navigate building / buying an inverter / controller and start piecing together the remaining parts requirements (throttle controller, fwd/reverse control, etc)? I am in the middle of teardown on the vehicle so I have some time, but wanted to try to start solidifying the plan. Motor is rated for peak power @ 700V.
