Does anyone know of or have experience with Kelly chargers? Is it even the same Kelly that makes incredibly over rated controllers?

I had a 120V 8A FLA kelly charger. It worked as promised, but I cannot judge its quality since I have nothing to compare with. If you need one I am going to sell mine since I am switching to Li!
