I realize this is not really what this group deals with but at this point I'm grasping at straws. I recently rescued a DYNACRAFT Realtree 24V UTV from a hard life and have been trying to fix it up for my Grandson. The previous owners chopped up the wiring before disposing of it and I am in need of a wiring diagram. I have repaired and reattached everything and tested all of the switches for function and charged the battery but all i get when pressing the foot switch is a clicking controller. I suspect it may be missing a wire to the foot switch but without a schematic I'm shooting in the dark. The motors spin up when tested and the controller is receiving 24v . Can anyone point me to a schematic or source of info ? TIA (here's a pic of the controller)

I have the exact same problem getting the clicking sound from the controller but no movement on the wheels and i have all the wires but I’m guessing there is a fuse somewhere that is blown and then it trips the power to the motor because I tried to bypass the controller completely and even then i get a clicking noise as if there is a safety breaker that trip when you push the paddle and resets when you release the paddle

I am in the same boat as you guys. My sons UTV was driving great and then he stopped played on his playground got back in and it went 3ft and stopped. I thought it was a battery so I charged it for 12hrs and it drives but then stops within a few feet. It clicks but no movement. Is there a solution yet? He is sad he can’t use it and I’m on my last leg trying different things out. Any help would be great.
