I was benching my motor and controller to just get the motor to spin doing the identification angle for the KLS96601-8080IPS controller. per the instruction in the manual on section 4.5 page 27...

then as it was happening it blew my fuses and the controller expelled white smoke then black smoke.
my questions are, are there other controllers better for programming BLDC motors with sine/cosine?
does kelly have a warranty for this kinds of things??
has anyone had any experience with programming a kelly for a BLDC with Sine/Cosine?
