Hello together,

I have a Fiat Fiorino Micro Vett J 2009

My actual problem with my charger.
I have a 20 A 3 phase charger. Last jear I changed all air vents. 2 are broken and the charger gets to hot. (I only found them in China 120 €)

After that I recognised that the charger started the main charging of the traction battery with a delay.
At first only 30 sec und 6 month later 3 minutes. Now I have to wait 30 to 45 min before the charging starts. The power for the dc 12 volt charger comes immediately
after the normal charger-beep.
The PWM shows 90% and anything else looks good. Also the LEM sensor seems to be ok. When I'm driving it looks ok.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance
Frank

Battery Charger: Zivan NG9

Hi all,
my Fiorino didn’t charge.
If I plug in the power socket I hear a noise from the fans.
But they didn’t start the charging process.
Does anyone have any idea where I should start debugging?
Is the charger connected to the BMS?
Thanks in advanced.

Christian

---- Update --- 2019-09 - 04 ----
I have a Zivan NG9 Charger customized for a Micro-Vett Fiat Fionino (2011) which has a "line error" after switching on.
Details see YouTube Video https://youtu.be/ZewaRwDHBaw
I have also attached some pictures.
I have checked the supply lines and fuses in the device, they are OK!

--- Update --- 20191204 -----------

I send the device for repair to the German distributor:

ATECH GmbH, www.atech-antriebstechnik.de

I also contact Zivan in Italy directly but the repair haveto be handle from a local distributor.

Activities performed:

Clean and check charger, repair defective power supply,

Re-adjust and seal the device, perform a function test.

Cost: 482 € inkl. Cost estimation and shipping

Turnaround time 6 weeks

Start with the charger, I had exact the same problem and ended with repairing my charger

Yes I do. I got my charger back from zivan italy two weeks ago. It was an isolation problem.they changed several electrical components and all the fans again.now it runs perfect.
