If it's a 36 volts, 435 Amps and 1000 rpm DC series wound motor, it's could be a good motor for your mini bus.
But more important than the motor, where will you find the battery to have a decent range in Vietnam? Is it easy to import stuff?
By the way, what's your expected range?
