Nice! Good thing there where no cars coming while you were driving on the wrong side of the road :D

Care to share the build details? What motor<>gearbox adapter did you use? Adapter plate? Your signature says it's a 9" DC motor, true? Got pictures of the build?

LOL, no you got it wrong, i was on the right side!

I made the adaptor plate front 4mm sheet steel. And the drive hub on a CNC lathe. I retained the clutch but left out the engament rod as i am currently doing clutchless gear changes.

I will strip it down soon and fit the engagment rod back in and also lighten the flywheel. the motor is a twin shaft 9" adc motor.

looking to upgrade controller soon so will probably need a racing clutch or some other idea.

You know, I have seen so many videos of non UK EVs that even I thought it looked wrong that he was driving on the correct side of the road.:eek: And I'm a local (relatively speaking).:D
