i need help with a relay switch. i got hold of a automotive 12v relay off a mazda (b577) in my garage. 4 pims, (1)green and (2)white/red (makes clicking noise) (3)black/red and (4)white/red doesnt click or anything.

i know the top pin on the curtis controller goes the to KSI or RELAY

also where does the three pin on the pot box (pb-6 replica). i think its call a micro switch (not the 2 wires) i couldnt find a diagram on that.

thanks!

Also it would help if you stated what part of the world your in, there are plenty of folks that can help you. We dont want any negative puplicity about EV's, like an EV burning down or someone getting hurt.

This country (US), had gotton so socialistic that they are just looking for an exuse to make us jump through hoops and get licenses to build and convert.

Tell us what your working on.

BTW, I got the manual by just going to Google and typing in "Curtis Controller", you have lots of info available right at your finger tips.

And ask here.

i'm from Long Beach, California. yea i looked at 10 different wiring diagram there all different. i've seen multiple curtis diagram w/ slight change. over the years they probably change it up a bit. ok i think the reason it was not moving is b/c i don't have a ksi relay. is it possible i can test the controller w/ motor w/o a relay?
