I need help
I have a Curtis 1238 -6501 (bought used) and used together with an Hpevs 31-01 ac motor

Status:
I have a curtis 1309 usb programmer Oem version
After start up it displays no system faults
I am able to perform motor characterization, wheels spinning and I get no error
On the programmer I am able to reed the following input:
Throttle pot (the voltage response fine to the throttle position ), all fine.
But throttle command and throttle map display always 0.0%

I am able to have the car driving very slow forward and backward, but it doesn’t respond to the throttle position at all.

How to figure out if controller is in “lim home” mode?

Any ideas what’s wrong?

I am not saying my controller thinks there is one

I state
Throttle pot (the voltage response fine to the throttle position ), all fine.
But throttle command and throttle map display always 0.0%

think I need to flash net virgin firmware to the controller
is it possible ?

Again, get your head out of the throttle. If it thinks you are braking, you are going nowhere.

You've datafilled it to expect a brake pot. Leaving a brake presure sensor disconnected means it will not accelerate other than limp.

Wire a pot into the brake pot signals and see if it works.

I'm too busy to be repeating myself. Troubleshoot the problem.
