Hello there, recently I was able to get my hands on a lot of 18650 batteries and I wanted to do something with them. I always wanted to make my own go kart and I was wondering if anyone could help me do it. I am planning to do it from scratch and I as planning for it to be a budget build, I dont want something really fast, I just want something that I could drive around

Maybe using an old g wiz for parts would work - I bought an A/c one for 550. There are still loads about and mostly the batteries are just flat (unplug the EMS and they just charge up again!)

I would recommend an electric bike. You can buy the motor and parts on-line, and bikes are easy to come by. It would be more useful too.
