Netgain Controls Warp-Drive Controller Manual

I acquired a Netgain Warp-Drive 160v/1000amp controller on the used market. The person I bought it from did not have the manual so I didn’t know the pinouts for the main wiring harness. I contacted Netgain Motors and was informed that Netgain Controls was actually a different company and it is no longer in business. Despite that, they were able to send me an old copy of the first generation manual for that controller. But that manual was missing some documentation on some wires on my version of the controller.

Does anybody have a copy of this controller’s user manual? If not, do you happen to know the purpose of the brown and purple wires in the main 10-pin harness?

Well, I ended up getting my answer.

George @ Netgain Motors was able to find the manual for my controller version.

I have attached it to this post.

here are two of the controllers I used, one was crap, the rest were very good . The EVnetics was on my 83 restored El Camino, at 388 volts HV11 . extremely fast.
I couldn't view your attachments, they are just broken links. Darn, that doesn't sound good for the Netgain controller. Do you know if the ones that blew up were the first generation? Because mine is the second generation and it looks VERY different than the first gen.
it was the first type, they were crap, type 2 were better, type 3 was a all in one, controller, DC/DC, and charger pure junk the brick in the photo was much better. its in the photo, I can see them , you cant?
Wayne, I can see your photos now. Thanks for the information and background. I don't have a choice but to move forward with the controller I have. Disappointing there were such design flaws in the implementation. Hopefully mine will be OK. It did run for several years with no issue.
