Hi, All,
I’ve been watching AliExpress for 300Ah batteries…

I ran across a store called
“Shop 1102128819 Store” advertising new, grade A1 RoHS CE FCC UL KC 320Ah cells, 2 for $40.21. “The delivery by” date is long, at December 25. Free shipping.

Apparently a store called Naiyowa-901 has them at a similar price.

I know, I know, too good to be true… but I ordered 16 of them for 346.61 to find out. For that price, I wouldn’t even care if they were used B-grade and down to 80% capacity!

They’ve only been AliExpress since June 1, 2022. They have done 183 orders with 99.2% good reviews. The one bad review was a Spanish speaking guy who, it looks like, ordered the wrong cell. Virtually all of the orders were 18650 or other small cells, not large prismatic cells like mine.

I have had a bad experience with a battery supplier before… The 420 Ah cells that everyone was talking about, that tested to 240Ah. They wanted me to return them to China at a large cost. I told them no, I would send them back to the distribution center in Los Angeles that shipped them to me. They said no, so I offered to keep them if they would refund 2/3 of the price. They didn’t respond to that, so Alipay refunded the full amount. And I kept the cells.

So I’m not very afraid of this transaction, either. I am not afraid of using Alipay to hold their feet to the fire if they aren’t as advertised. And at the very worst, $350 is not an amount I can’t live without.

I’ll keep you folks posted

You are very brave to order. I am also looking at these deals on Aliexpress and Ebay. Hard to believe it's not a scam.
Naiyowa-901 had only one review and Seller Shipping Metod - tracking unavailable

I'm very happy for you ZdendaSoft, especially if you got them at a good price. I am in a big dilemma when to trust the purchase on Aliexpress.
These constant strange names Shop12345678, and the method of sending Seller shipping methods without tracking. At the end Aliexpress left me in the lurch to sort it out myself with the seller, who was writing me the tracking number of some other package that was indeed delivered, but not to me. So I would really like to know the name of a LiFePo4 seller who is not cheating.

I haven't heard from the dealer yet but I have the tracking number but it hasn't been updated yet. I hope this is not a scam. I'll keep you posted.

With this link you can follow tracking number and check if it is real. In my case all looking good, but at the end the parcell was delivered in other city.

Thanks for your informations! The parcel seems to be on The way. I will by happy if some bateries will come but do not expect 280Ah for low cost.

Dear Author, It would be great to see an update as to how your shipment is doing. I also bought some cheap cells from Shop1102128819 Store and the order has been marked as shipped for a week now, but I'm not getting any info on tracking sites. Getting a little concerned.

SO HERE'S THE SCAM.

When I ordered them, they said delivery would be around December 25th.

Just for fun, yesterday I checked on their progress, and tracking said they were delivered on 10 November, 13 days after I ordered them. TO BETHESDA MD. I am in SAN DIEGO, CA.

On the delivery page, there is a message that says: "The system will automatically confirm receipt after 27 days. If there are any problems, you can apply for a refund/return within 15 days of confirming receipt."

I noticed all this yesterday, December 4th. So according to the terms, the system would have "automatically confirmed receipt" on December 7th. I would then have 15 days, until December 22nd, to open a dispute. Which is before their estimated delivery date.

Yesterday I disputed delivery, telling the seller that they were delivered to the wrong address, 2700 miles away. Their response today was, literally, "your order was duly delivered." ...!! WTF!!''

I responded, of course, that if it was delivered, it was not delivered to ME.

I am guessing that they may be banking on the idea that some people won't check or dispute their order until it's too late.

I'll keep you updated here.

At the bottom of the dispute form, there is a statement “If the seller does not respond or no agreement is made before 2022-12-10 04:56:18, AliExpress will step in and help you to solve this issue.”

So, still keeping up hope.

Isn’t it kind of a sad state of affairs when you have to HOPE you will get your batteries, or your money back? What a F-D up country.

Hi, quick update about cheap batteries from Aliexpress. It was scum! Seller send me message: "Friend, your parcel may have been detained by customs. You may not be able to reach your destination. You can open the dispute. Sorry."
So I open dispute and hope I get my money back.
Never ever buy cheap batteries from Aliexpress!!
