Hey, I'm just starting to consider an EV as a new direction for my project MGB. I've been restoring and messing with cars for a long time, but as I sit here watching the thermometer climb and my province combust, I'm thinking a few less Hydrocarbons belching into the air may be a good idea.

It's a 1975 MGB, shaved bumpers etc, and stock 4 cyl/4 speed. Not sure of what direction to take it, but EV might be interesting. Hope to learn lots.

Sounds like BC... lots of hydroelectricity, so a rational place for an EV.

Lots of MGBs and similar cars have been converted, so there are lots of examples to read about.

Thanks Brian. I really know very little so hopefully this group can help. Hope to balance range and power on this one I have about a 40 mile round trip commute on mostly highway, with substantial hills. but round town is important as well. Thanks for the welcome.
