new lifepo's from Alibaba...too good to be true?

do you think these are any good? they claim to be 3.2v 200ah cells for $28 a piece!

The discharge rate is listed as 1C, which wouldn't be enough for a typical automotive conversion. For instance, if you string 40 of them in series for a roughly 120 V (nominal) 26 kWh pack, you can only get 26 kW (34 hp) out of it (128 V * 200 A). Perhaps they can safely operate at a higher discharge rate in short bursts, but the listing doesn't claim that.

thanks Brian, what would be a good discharge listing for lifepo's? If it says up to 5c would it mean it can handle 5 times the kwh? Can you explain a little more I'm a total noob.
I would say that Will @ DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse has tested MANY batteries from across the Pacific and more than a few are a good buy. I would use what has been tested to know the value proposition.
what do you guys think of these?

anything I'm missing that makes it not ideal for an EV pack?
