I think the best way to get answers is to start a thread in the All EV Conversions and Builds section, providing information such as characteristics of the trike (such as weight), your requirements and expectations (such as for acceleration, top speed, and range), and what you are able to do or to learn to do. The first post of the thread I want to build an EV! Where do I start? gives a sample set of questions and some guidance.
Not getting into conversion details here, but what's the original bike? I'm not a motorcycle expert, so my wild guess would be something British (Triumph, etc) or Japanese. I'm curious what kind of suspension and axle are in that box. Did you build the trike?
