New member T4 conversion aspirations

Hi All,
Long time dreamer first time getting serious.
I have a T4 van which I love engine does not have much left in it.
I feel it’s time to do a EV conversion.....
Because I want to save the world and I’m an inherent tight arse I would like to use salvaged parts as much as possible.
My range is only 25ks top speed 80ks for a short time.
With a veiw to stretch it out to 60ks with a 100 top speed at a latter date.
Any advice on where to find parts or things to watch out for would be appreciated or even just a good dose of reality.
