there is a classified section in this forum, and good stuff does show up.... if a low-dollar start is more important than range, you might be able to find used batteries from a golf course, etc.... long term you really want to save up for lithium!

I was thinking of a s-10 for my first conversion and was wanting to know where I can find some used or second hand parts to save money and any thoughts on batteries
