I like the modules. Clean and professional. If you send a couple cells and holders I would be happy to test them on my new testing rig for you. You can contact me via the private message. If these prove to be good and our boys like them then maybe you could actually sell them. You would of course have to make them available at an attractive price but for sure include those cool holders. I think those will be an excellent way to hold the cells in the vehicle and together.

Do you have the specs on what the make up of the cells are? Are they just normal LiFePO4 or are they special high output and high life LiFePO4 cells.

Pete :)

very nice, but is it me or is the 24V 200Ah pack two 24V 100Ah packs connected in parallel ? I am sure i heard somewhere connecting packs in Parallel is a no no?

What are the pack dimensions? of 12V100Ah? and the cell spec sheet?

Where'd you hear that? Teslas have hundreds of cells in parallel. Anyone using headways or A123 has them in parallel, as do some with CALBs etc.
I can't remember where or who i heard it off off here, I was looking at 2x 222V 30Ah packs and connecting in parallel. for 222V 60Ah overall. said better off doing 111V 60Ah packs as the current does "funny" things. If i can connect big packs in parallel then thats good cos i can add a booster pack onto my car if need be. :D

2 30s is just more work to setup than a single 60, but it also gives you some redundancy.

I have a 40ah CALB booster pack on my lead floodies.
I need 2 packs because i can't fit them in the car as a single pack.

So i could have packs as follows of turnigy

1x 6S11P
1x 6S11P
connected in series
and a booster pack of 12S5P
connected in parallel

to give 222V and 80Ah ???????

Actually in these topic ,you can see this link about the cells information:
http://www.diyelectriccar.com/forums/showthread.php/nice-lifepo4-battery-cell-80876.html

It is better to applicate in EV ,because high life lifepo4 cells ,if you are interested in high output ,please see lipo battery cells link :

the single cells about 3.2V100Ah , so 12V100Ah dimension about Approximately 100*350*260mm,the battery cell 3.2V100Ah please check this link:

i just heard that Calbs had exported ignored acquisition costs, don't know how to say more for this kind of action. All death for bad competition, any factory who want to produce the battery like lithium ion , anyone can survive so good ? And i believe good quality and service with valued price.
Right ,all guys ?

Why moved this topic to this "parts Vendors" ?
I don't know the exact reason.
I suspect because you and your friend appear to be battery salesmen. Not that there is anything wrong with that ;)
:Dwe mostly send them by courier with MSDS, Guarantee letter, Custom Records is so smooth to USA,Canada,Australia,EUROPE. SO now i don't know what's your real problems.
We have this approval docs, and we had sent so more goods to our clients in USA,Canada ,EUROPE, Israel ,Australia . I don't know what's your real meaning ? YOu must purchase the batteries from us .Thanks

Hehe, but now i don't do anything like salesman actually in here, just posted the information inorder to discuss and study from you and other friends.

Although the content like salesman before that you had posted ,but actually i did not do any spam,or did not driving anyone's willing to sell ,right ?

I am so happy you had mentioned it ,later i will pay more attention.
If possible ,can move this topic to "batteries and charging".

Thanks.

The cells don't seem to be that power dense at 140Wh/L whereas a Turnigy is nearer 300Wh/L , Haiyin 290Wh/L , CALB SE at 160Wh/L
Different manufacotories choose different material , the power dense from the principle can do higher than actual production,we don't know anything about these actual production ,right ? These will be about 160-170 Wh/L,near the same with Calb.
