it is still possible to charge your onboard charger in low temperatures
but for most of us, is it still possible to charge my onboard charger in high temperatures?

Is it possible to overcharge my onboard charger in ambient temperatures?

Are there any time limits to consider when charging my onboard charger in low temperatures?
