I have been looking on someone similar controllers here in Norway and gotten some pretty good price.

Yes its a pretty good build if i might say. I'm an EE myself if that helps. All parts are just ol fashioned through-wire so easily to replace/repair/redo if needed.
Its the 144V/500A version.
Price: You can have it for the current P&S kit price, meaning you get it free build and save yourself some hours work of assembling it.

Hi,
I had built this controller about 2 years back. Since then the car have been working great @ 96v.
Recently one of the mosfets blew so I replaced it. Now I got a funny problem. Early in the morning the motor just wont run though the green and yellow and the contactor comes on.
But as soon as the car gets little heated in the sun, the car works as normal as ever .But in the morning the motor just wont move. Need helpto please find the problem...
