I noticed the controller was water cooled but Current EV Tech said nothing about cooling the motor. BLDC motors can be demagnetized by excess heat.

He was prepping this as a race bike but it is a factor to consider with this type of motor.

Have you considered a reverse Trike? You would have about half the mass and half the cost.
