Hello everyone!
I am working on solar car project in my study. So when I connect the controller KLS7230S (24V-72V) to QS MOTOR (48V) and a battery (24V) does not work and when I connect the controller to the computer I get the message in the joint picture, normally the controller recognized despite the power supply current is (24V). As well as always the green LED which remains lit when the circuit is closed.

I checked the circuit many times and it still does not work.
Please, if you have any solution or idea tell, really I need to makes work.
