You can use any motor, that one included, with an inverter... but don't.
If your goal is to be thrifty, you still have to be smartly thrifty.
Custom inverters are going to be so expensive you might as well just find a more suitable motor instead. 1phase motors aren't a good choice.
A small 3 phase motor from a scrapyard would probably do you better, and you could still use an E-bike inverter of some kind to drive it.
