Actually, I hit Google to get more details on the model, and found this:

Key part -

"It arrived damaged :(

The guys at thunderstruck-ev were very cooperative, and arranged to
have the motor shipped down to Portland, where Jim from hi-torque
electric replaced the cracked rear bell and checked out the commutor
and brushes, and shipped it back. I'm now waiting for it."

Accompanied by the same picture seen on EVAlbum. So, I would assume
the sale is of the Jim Husted-repaired motor, not the damaged one.
