Absolutely. The real question is if it has anything to do with what he
claims to be doing. I could hide a bunch of A123 cells in a U1 case and
claim to have discovered some secret doping chemical for lead acid
batteries; the performance would be real but the claims totally false.

I'd have more faith in his claims if the numbers had some basis in
reality, and will believe when someone performs independent testing...
