Now you are getting down to where the EVDL will do you almost no good because this is a car specific problem. It is similar to a VW Rabbit in design. Even had a VW engine I think. http://www.absoluteastronomy.com/topics/Dodge_Omni The Omni and Horizon are virtually identical. The above group could get you started. I bet you find the way to fix tonight. A hint. I bet you take off the door panel and you will be able to see the inside of door bolt or nut that holds it on. Good luck.
