I have inspected the Raptor. There are a number of transistors that have
failed by blowing apart but I cannot see damage to the Mosfets. They measure
correctly, high resistance and diode in reverse direction. They are sealed
in silicone compound. I have set of circuit drawings & will attempt a
repair myself. Will advise outcome. David
