I've had dealings with them in the past. They can be slow and calling or
emailing them can be trying. My experience has been that Bill won't call
back for days usually but eventually I always got a hold of him. Mike Brown
was much easier to get a hold of. All of this was the end of 2008 - middle
of 2009 or so.
