HI- I have noticed that you are calling your new project a "scooter".
Do you actuallly mean scooter or are you useing the slang form as in
"nice scoot". The reason I'm bringing this up is if you plan to drag race
it in the future, NHRA does not allow scooter, moped, or bicycle parts.

Jim as long as motors I rebuild/modify do not end up in a dragster I have no
