Hence my research and belief to charge to 3.55 volts repeatedly.

If anyone cares I also believe that a form of "Hart" balancing for LiFePO4
batteries is a good idea and am presently designing such a device for the
many LiFePO4 projects I have found myself doing.

I measured only 1Ah charging a TS-LFP100AHA cell from 3.45V to 3.65V.
Ending current to each voltage was less than 100mA.
