Re: [EVDL] The VOLT IS a hybrid..."Cat out of the Bag"

The CR-Z may be a disappointment to those of us who have owned, loved and put many miles on our CRX-HFs. One of them got 47.5 MPG for the first 100,000 miles. They both ran over 175,000 miles before they were sold, and still running well. It was a mistake to stop making them. And they were not expensive. Being hybrid, the CR-Z should be getting more than the original CRX-HF. But if they built it to be hot like the SI then maybe someone will still consider buying one. Can't see buying a smaller car when our Prius has twice the room and at present is averaging 50.22MPG overall. It is the best and most enjoyable to drive of all the cars owned since 1948. It's like driving a computer game.

Anyone considering a hybrid shouldn't expect much with a lead foot. (range
or performance)
Except now Honda is now promoting the new CRZ Sport Hybrid.
I wondered how long that would take ...
