This is getting pretty old, but here is the gist of it. You give TS real money that works and performs all the functions it was manufactured to perform and they will either send you batteries in kind which are worth the money... or a bunch of junk that they had laying around the warehouse and are eager to get rid of. They get to choose not you. Now if you could send them monopoly money, or something your 1st grader drafted in crayon, it would be an even playing field.
The bottom line is that several members of this list got together and purchased a bunch of cells directly from TS. TS took their money and purposely shipped them worthless batteries and feel like that is a legitimate way of doing business. They don't care to make reparations so there is no reason to believe they won't do the same thing in the future if they feel it is in their best interest.
Any chance we can drop this thread now?
