Re: [EVDL] VW's TDI hybrid XL1 ...
Nine years ago VW was showing off a prototype, the 1L (for "One Liter Car")
which achieved 1l per 100km (235mpg). It was a mild hybrid (Honda approach)
but they refused to use the word "hybrid" anywhere in the description. What
a difference 9 years makes in their PR.
