Are both top relays passing traction voltage?
And are you applying throttle?

Hey guys,
Searched around a bit with no luck. I'm using this diagram

for my low current set up and having trouble getting the contactor to close. It seems like my relays are switching and read voltage across when engaged but it doesn't close my contactor. Only when I bypass my relay will my contactor close for me.
I'm using 30amp 12v relays feed into an Albright 12v contactor. Any point in the right direction would be helpful.

I didn't have the traction voltage set up today but the throttle engage seemed to just activate the other relay and still not close the contactor. I'll hook up the battery pack tomorrow and do a test. I thought they would be independent circuits and not need the high current set up as well. Thanks for the tips!

They are mostly indepenent, I was just asking to clarify my understanding of your circuit.
Do you have/need a precharge resistor in therre?
