Hey all,
I'm the team leader for the University of Manitoba SAE Formula Electric team (In Canada).
We currently have 2 x Agni 95R's and 3 x Kelly KDHA 600's w/ regen for our drive train. This year we are interested in upgrading and are looking to get some extra funds by selling these parts. Please let me know if you are interested in buying.
Along with getting the parts, myself and a few other experienced members of our team would be happy to help out by answering any questions about building a drive train with these components.
We're looking for ~500$US per Kelly controller and ~1250$US per Agni.
INFO:
The Agni's are in great condition, we just got new brushes for both motors a few months ago and haven't driven them a whole lot (one day) with the new brushes due to a brake failure. The Magnets have been kept clean. The motors are fairly matched @ <±2 RPM/V each around 68-69 RPM/V. This is known by in house testing under no load. Though using a separate controller for each motor eliminates the need for well matched motors anyway.
The 3 Kelly controllers, 2 on the vehicle and one as a spare, all working fine and all have regen capability. They are the KDH07601A series rated: 1200A for ~1s, 600A boost for 10s and 250A nominal. 24-72V system nominal with a peak system voltage at 90V. We run at a 72V nominal system. We can send these with the serial to usb converters we use to communicate with them and the wire harness for throttle/brake signal lines etc. These models do not support CAN. you can view the manual here: http://tinyurl.com/cavsems
If someone is looking to do a small electric vehicle conversion these parts would make a very suitable setup at an economical cost.
I will add some pictures shortly just don't have any available right now.
Check our the car the components are on right now here:
