So I bought a smart electric a year ago, got new battery installed right after buying it, was under warranty for a few more months.

pyro fuse blew for no reason last week, at dealer, tested all I could and did not mess with battery since it has another year warranty.
Looking into the future, what charger and controller could I use when I want to convert this car to a non MB car, then cut the dealer cord forever.
It is a very good EV, MB is the weak link
