I believe that they're from a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.

They are the model of module used in the Pacifica Hybrid, but the modules sold in the aftermarket seem to be new, rather than actually salvaged from Pacificas. Someone found a way to buy them in quantity, bypassing Chrysler, but that arrangement seems to have ended so the supply is drying up.
