Solectria Force Need Help

I have just acquired a 1996 Geo Metro 156v 13 Gel batteries and it has a Drake Associates/Battery Diagnostic Charge Equalizing System that is not wired up and I have know diagrams to go by to wire it back up. Is there anyone that knows how to wire it up or where I can acquire a operators manual and wiring diagram?
