Has anyone found a tail shaft pulley with the 7/8 keyed bore for the warp motors that will fit a serpentine belt? There are some for V belts, but I don't think those would work with the flat serpentine belt. I also need 4 grooves on the pulley, or I guess it could have more and I would just not use them all. I don't think one without the grooves (smooth) would work since it would not give enough contact.

Sorry, I don't have a source, only a suggestion: the solution may be two-part, with an off-the-shelf automotive pulley bolted to a keyed hub, or welded to a keyed hub intended for a weld-on chain sprocket.
I found an EV company that sells one specifically meant for the 7/8 tail shaft. Kinda pricey, but saves me the trouble of putting something together. Enough other things to fabricate.
