Tata Nano conversion

Hello,

I'm looking to convert my Tata Nano into an electric vehicle for which I'm looking for suitable conversion kit. The max power output of current IC engine is 38bhp @ 5500rpm and a max torque of 51Nm @ 4000rpm with overall weight of car being 750kgs.

For getting it to convert it into an EV I need a suitable motor specs compatible with the IC engine. I got the engine dismantled and the space available beside the gearbox is 340mm from gearbox shaft to the frame, width of 715mm in between the frame and height of 550mm from shield of trunk. Below are the pic attached of the space available.

Also I'm looking for a range of 150kms, so suitable batteries like lifepo4 are required. Let me know how to proceed further and what to consider and what not.

I seriously doubt you'll find a conversion kit. For such a pipsqueak car, I'd go with pretending you're doing an electric motorcycle conversion.

RichRebuilds on Youtube did a total hack job in putting parts from an eMotorcycle into a hotrod chassis. To me it smells like that would rightsized for a Nano. But, it's not a kit. You need to think and design, not simply bolt something in.

You also have to ask yourself "why"? Whimsical is ok, but taking a 75mpg (I'm guessing) featherweight car and filling it with batteries seems pointless to me.
Does Tata make an EV on the same platform? If so, either buy one to replace the Nano, or buy one that's been crashed and see how much will bolt in easy without creating many custom parts.

An electric Nano - under another brand name - was announced in 2018:

I don't know if it is really available, or if salvaged parts from wrecked ones are available, but the specs suggest what might work in the Nano.
