I seriously doubt you'll find a conversion kit. For such a pipsqueak car, I'd go with pretending you're doing an electric motorcycle conversion.
RichRebuilds on Youtube did a total hack job in putting parts from an eMotorcycle into a hotrod chassis. To me it smells like that would rightsized for a Nano. But, it's not a kit. You need to think and design, not simply bolt something in.
You also have to ask yourself "why"? Whimsical is ok, but taking a 75mpg (I'm guessing) featherweight car and filling it with batteries seems pointless to me.
