Hi to all I have fitted a tbs and I would like to see your settings for it as I am confused with their information

Most important parameter is Peukert exponent of 1.

The other parameters are pretty self explanatory, with one exception. The charge efficiency factor f5.6 is defaulted to "auto"- on mine, I set it to 100%. It is much more accurate that way. I find that mine is inaccurately recording the small trickle of current out of my main pack into my DC/DC that maintains my flooded lead acid auxilliary battery which runs my BMS when the car is sitting around. That fools the algorithm into thinking there's a charge efficiency different than what it really is, which is actually near 100%.

I don't bother with the auto-synch paramaters- I synchronize manually when a charge has just been completed.

thanks one question 5.1 asked for the battery c rating in hours so what is that mine is 3c or 270 amps so how do i find the hour rate please

I believe this is for use of the Peukert correction, so if you set the Peukert exponent to 1 you can enter any value here. I think mine is set for 1 hour.
