TC charger troubles "Battery Disconnecting or reverse"

Hi all,

I just baught a TC charger for my new 103.6V battery. But i get some troubles to charge...

Model: HK-LF-115-58
Configuration: CAN1479

Test Protocol:
-Turn on the car
-Start CAN acquisition
-Connect the charger to the 230V
(High voltage Interlock pin are not connected, i don't really get how it works yet...)

The charger get message from BMS corresponding to battery data: 04 7b 01 1e 00
The charger transmit an error message: 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 wich mean if i get it right: Battery Disconnecting or reverse.
Find all documents i have from TC charger.

I don't understand why i get this message. Does it come from interlock signal?
