I am installing my new Elcon charger, which has a third output wire labelled 'interlock', and gives some indication that it puts out pack voltage when unit is charging, but documentation is not very clear.

If it is indeed pack voltage, it is pretty useless to me since my key-in relay controlling the main contacter is 12v.

So.... I am just posting to verify with any other Elcon users that the unit should be perfectly functional if I just terminate this 'interlock' output and only use the normal +/- output wires.


oops, disregard this thread! I just found a question I had asked a couple months ago, and it turns out a fairly elegant use of the charger interlock v+ out is to the PB-6 potbox KSI input, then to controller....
