I'm receiving several messages a day requesting help buying Tesla parts. While I'm thrilled to see this market taking off I thought it would be more efficient if the community created a list of resellers/breakers and (preferably) provided a personal recommendation to ensure this is useful

Germany

Auto Recycling Kempers

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased driveshafts and battery heaters from Kempers. They shipped parts extremely quickly and at very low cost.

Lithuania

GTV Group

Kevin Sharpe - Listed following PM.

4Motus

Linukas - I can offer tesla and other electric car parts.

Kevin Sharpe - Sells 12S (and possibly 18S) Tesla modules.

The Netherlands

Van Gils Automotive

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased motors, driveshafts, and HV cables from Van Gils. They were aggressive on price and shipped parts for free over a weekend :D

De Ooyevaar

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased chargers from De Ooyevaar. They were aggressive on pricing and shipped product the same day at low cost

Norway

Grönvolds Bildemontering

Steel - Went to Grönvolds Bildemontering in Brumundal and made business with Tom Grönvold. Very nice guy, told me he was selling Tesla parts all over Europe but mostly to Nederlands and Germany

United Kingdom

Car Transplants

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased driveshafts From Car Transplants. Prices and shipping were top end of what I'd pay but service was good.

Electric Classic Cars

DaveP - you should add them to that vendor list, as well as Tesla batteries they also showed me 3 Tesla motors they had in stock.

Xtreme Motorsport

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased batteries, motors, driveshafts, and HV cables from Xtreme. They were extremely knowledgable (owners is a Tesla Model S driver/repairer) and aggressive on price (something rare in the UK!).

ZERO EV

Kevin Sharpe - Chris Hazell has undertaken some of the fabrication on my EV project and has started a new company selling Tesla parts from stock

United States

Autobahn Parts

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased chargers from Autobahn. They were extremely responsive to enquires and shipped product the same day

Edison Motors

GoElectric - I've bought modules from Okashira here and they were fine. It took awhile to get them shipped, and my one real complaint is they kept the boards and connector, so make you are clear on that.

SWF - The modules I bought also came without the BMS slave boards. I was surprised since this was not specified when I bought them...

SWF - Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that Okashira owns or works with the folks at Edison Motors.

Kevin Sharpe - Sells 12S Tesla modules.

EVTV Motor Verks

Kevin Sharpe - Somehow I forgot EVTV

EV West

SWF - I had an email exchange with EVWest about their modules, and they sell them with or without the BMS boards attached, and will also sell the BMS boards separately.

HSR Motors

Kevin Sharpe - Added to list following post in vendors section.

LA Tesla Used Autoparts

Kevin Sharpe - I purchased HVJB's from this eBay store, they shipped the same day and have some very cheap Tesla parts :D

I appreciate this thread thank you!

In Australia, second hand Tesla parts dont exist. I can find whole cars for sale overseas, but not parts, can you recommend any particular wreckers to get second hand parts from?
(I'm actually chasing some rear wheel hubs, the bit the half shafts stick into).

Cheers
Glenn

I know xtreme in the UK (see above) have a wrecked US Tesla due in for breaking in the next couple of weeks... with the pound being so devalued it might be worth asking them. Failing that, I'm awaiting some parts from another US west coast breaker and will update the list once they arrive... maybe that is a cheaper option for transportation to Aus?

Thanks!
I've imported a lot from the US and have a few cheaper options. I have imported less from the UK and havent yet noticed a significant price difference, therefore my preference is from the US but Im not stuck in the train of thought.

They are also selling double-voltage modules, which I think are a great deal and I have one friend who bought some and is happy-enough with them. I believe they have refined their method somewhat.
