This is Tesla's Record Model 3 Production Week: Registering 3000 New VINs and Performance Version, reports Torque News.

"It was just yesterday that we reported that Tesla registered a record batch of Model 3 VINs, but today Tesla went for another record this morning registering another batch of nearly 3,000 Model 3 VINs. This will make the first week of April 2018 a record week for Tesla's Model 3 production."

Day 1 reservation holder, non owner, got in line about 11AM and waited 30 minutes or so I think?

Thanks! It's been a long wait for sure, but my car is paid off and running, so I don't NEED to replace it.

They're only doing Premium Long range right now (with extras like wheels, autopilot, etc). I'm waiting for AWD, but if I were to order, it says 3-6 weeks lead time for the Premium - Long range.
